Tangy Sweet Salad Dressing Over Mixed Greens (Day 3)

Another Paula Dean Recipe
Makes about 1C dressing

1/2 C sugar
1/4 C white vinegar
2T apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c vegetable oil
6C mixed salad greens
1 (8.25-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 C slivered almonds

In a small bowl with a tight fitting lid, combine sugar, vinegars, and garlic, Fit lid on bowl, and shake to dissolve sugar. Add vegetable oil, and shake vigorously to combine.
In a large bowl, combine salad greens, oranges and almonds. Drizzle with salad dressing just before serving. Toss gently to combine.
