Green Pea Salad, by Paula Dean (Day 2)

Serves 4 to 6

1/3C mayonnaise
1T buttermilk
2t dried chives
1t dried dill
1/2t sugar
1/4 t salt
1 (10-ounce) package angel hair coleslaw
10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2C frozen green peas
1C diced English cucumber
1/2 C finely chopped celery

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, chives, dill, sugar, and salt.
In a large bowl, combine, coleslaw, bacon, peas, cucumber, and celery; add mayonnaise mixture, tossing gently combine.
