High Altitude: Duncan Hines, Moist Deluxe, Classic White Cake

High altitude adjustments for altitudes above 6000 feet.

Preheat oven to 375F (Make sure it is hot and ready to go. At high altitude you need to mix and get them into the oven quickly)

Mix together, cake mix

1 1/3C + 4T water
NO oil even though the mix asks for it!
4 Large Egg Whites
1 T all-purpose flour
Mix all ingredients for 2 minutes.

Pour mix into greased and floured pans. I use the kind the you spray on. Any cake high altitude will want to stick to the pan!

For 2 8" pans bake for 30 minutes.
